Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Requests
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us with your order number and reason before returning anything to obtain authorization and the return address. This policy also applies to textile swatches.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess the issue. We will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a return and refund where applicable. The ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent a claim for damage, defects or an incorrect item.

Who Pays Return Shipping?
Spacelyne pays return shipping when the return results from our error, damage or a defect. If you change your mind, you pay return shipping to our address in France. Returns from the United States therefore involve international postage, which may be significant. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
No restocking fee. After the returned item is received, inspected and the refund approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. Any rights or shorter refund deadlines that apply by law are unaffected.
