What are the rugs made of?
The collection is flatwoven using 80% wool and 20% cotton. Each product page lists the composition, construction, dimensions and care instructions for that design.
Are the $10 products full-size rugs?
No. Our $10 Wool Swatches measure 20 × 20 cm. They are material and color samples, not full-size rugs. Check the dimensions on every product page before purchasing.
How do I choose a size?
Measure your available floor area and compare it with the dimensions shown in centimeters and inches on the product page. The collection includes swatches, small mats, accent rugs and small area rugs.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
How long does delivery take?
Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee. Order cutoff: 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round without daylight saving adjustments. Orders before the cutoff on a business day enter that day's processing cycle. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends or US federal holidays begin on the next business day.
What currency and tax appear at checkout?
Prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows the item subtotal, shipping, tax and total before payment. Tax is currently calculated as $0; this does not mean the products are legally tax-exempt.
How does payment work?
Review your contact information, shipping address, billing address and total, then follow the payment instructions at checkout. A payment is complete only when the payment provider confirms the result. Contact us if you are unsure whether a payment was completed.
Can I return my purchase?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us with your order number and reason before returning anything to obtain authorization and the return address. No restocking fee. After the returned item is received, inspected and the refund approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Where do I send a return, and who pays?
Contact us first for authorization. Returns go to Spacelyne, 21 Rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 62410 Meurchin, France. We pay return shipping for our errors, damaged items and defects. You pay international return postage if you change your mind.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. The ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent claims for damage, defects or incorrect items.
How should I care for my rug?
Follow the individual product care instructions. Gently vacuum without a rotating brush and blot spills rather than rubbing. Do not soak or machine wash. For deeper cleaning, consult a professional familiar with wool flatweaves. A suitable rug pad is recommended for smooth floors and is not included.
